Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Other eligible digital wallets and Buy Now Pay Later methods as displayed at checkout
- Cash (at time of service, exact change appreciated)
Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary based on your device and transaction eligibility.
Fee Structure
Our pricing consists of two clearly separated components:
Travel fees compensate for mobile convenience and are not official Texas notarial fees. All fees are quoted in writing before your appointment.
When Payment Is Due
- Consultations: Always free
- Standard appointments: Due at time of service
- Large or multi-document jobs: 50% deposit may be required at booking
- Payment requests: Due by the expiration date on your invoice/link
Receipts
A professional receipt is provided for every payment — emailed automatically and available in your customer portal.
Refunds
If we fail to provide a scheduled service, you receive a full refund. If a notarization cannot be completed due to document or ID issues, travel fees may still apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
