Free Consultations
Consultations are always free and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Simply call, text, or email us.
Rescheduling Appointments
Life happens — we get it! Reschedule at no charge with at least 4 hours notice. Same-day rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible.
Cancelling Appointments
- 4+ hours notice: No charge — full refund of any deposit
- Less than 4 hours notice: Travel fee may apply ($10–$75 depending on location)
- No-show: Travel fee plus 50% of service fee may apply
Our Cancellations
If we cancel due to illness, emergency, or vehicle issues, you receive a full refund of any payment made, plus priority rescheduling. We'll also help connect you with another notary if timing is critical.
Weather & Emergencies
During severe South Texas weather or other emergencies, appointments may be rescheduled for safety. Affected clients receive priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
